Discord Analytics
Discord analytics are not for watching vanity numbers. They show whether the community mechanism is working. Sentinel puts messages, activity, points, tasks, campaigns, tickets, and AI support into one operating view.
Core trends
Trend charts focus on four signals:
- Total members
- Message volume
- Active users
- Point changes
These metrics quickly show whether people joined but stayed silent, a small group is spamming, or the growth mechanism is actually driving participation.
Module performance
Module cards show whether each growth module contributes behavior.
Key signals:
- Points issued and spent
- Task completions
- Campaign participation
- Raffle entries
- Shop redemptions
- Ticket count
- AI support handling volume
If points are issued but never spent, the expectation has no outlet. If tasks are viewed but not completed, the reward or path is likely wrong.
Ticket topic analysis
The ticket page compresses user issues into concise topics so admins can identify:
- What users ask most often
- Which issues repeat
- Which topics need documentation
- Which topics should be added to the AI knowledge base
- Which issues require human escalation
Community sentiment often appears in tickets before it appears in public chat. Tickets are not just support cost; they are an early warning system.
AI weekly operations report
The AI weekly report gives admins a short review.
It focuses on:
- Weekly community activity changes
- Growth module performance
- Frequent questions
- Potential risks
- Suggested actions for next week
The report should not become a long essay. It should tell operators what increased, what dropped, and what to adjust next.
How to judge whether the system works
- Do newcomers complete verification?
- After verification, do they enter core channels?
- Do users know where tasks are?
- Are points being spent continuously?
- Do raffles or the shop bring users back?
- Are tickets handled on time?
- Does AI reduce repeated questions instead of creating new ones?
Operational judgment
Data only matters when it drives action. After reading analytics, adjust entry points, rewards, channel paths, and frequent-question coverage first.
